We’re looking for an experienced Klaviyo Customer Support Manager to own and optimize our customer communication systems.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries using Klaviyo tools
Ensure fast response times and high customer satisfaction
Monitor deliverability, engagement, and performance metrics
Identify common customer issues
Improve automation/ self-service help portal management system to reduce ticket volume
Prepare fulfillment and generate shipping labels for all orders
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with customer insights
Other related tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience with all aspects of Klaviyo's CS system
Familiarity with Shopify
Strong background in customer support or customer success
Experience with eCommerce brands (subscription experience is a plus) in beauty/nail/skincare space, targeting a female audience
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and improve performance
Available to work during US hours
Native-level U.S. English fluency
