Job Summary
The Speech & Swallow Therapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, communication, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. The role involves creating individualized therapy plans, monitoring patient progress, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Conduct speech and swallowing therapy sessions
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy techniques and home care
- Maintain accurate patient records and therapy documentation
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing staff
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
- Participate in case discussions and rehabilitation planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech & Hearing / Speech Language Pathology
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in speech and swallowing therapy
- Experience in rehabilitation, neuro, ICU, or critical care setup preferred

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
