Unstop is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and drive the design function across our products. This is a leadership role for someone who can set the design vision, manage and grow the design team, and work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver world-class user experiences at scale.
What You'll Do :
Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers and raise the overall design bar.
Own the product design vision and ensure consistency across all products.
Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads on strategy and execution.
Review designs, give feedback, and ensure high-quality output from the team.
Drive user research, UX strategy, and design decisions across the product.
Oversee end-to-end design delivery: user flows, UI, prototypes, and final experiences.
Build and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices.
Represent design in product discussions and roadmap planning.
What Were Looking For :
7-10 years of experience in Product/UI/UX Design with at least some team leadership experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Figma and modern design tools.
Proven experience managing or leading designers and design projects.
Strong product thinking, UX sense, and visual design judgment.
Experience working closely with engineering and product teams.
Excellent communication, ownership, and decision-making skills.
Bonus Points :
Experience in SaaS or product startups.
Experience building or scaling design teams and design systems.
