We are an independently owned restaurant group seeking a Marketing & Special Events Coordinator. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote long-term growth.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Correspond with location managers and communicate with other departments within the company as needed
- Establish standardized procedures in a tiered fashion, and properly execute them
- Execute effective marketing strategies
- Coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks
- Keep marketing campaigns on track and up to date
- Analyze the effectiveness of each campaign
- Utilize graphic design to create and deliver content that meets event/promotion specifications
- Prepare mass emails to customers to provide information regarding upcoming events
- Monitor and post to social media websites on a regular basis
- Organize and update website content
- Track event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future events
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator
