The ideal candidate has experience handling calls and inquiries, engaging with patients and prospective clients, and converting leads into scheduled appointments.</p><p>You will be the first point of contact for patients and leads, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient remote experience.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Patient Communication & Call Handling</strong></p><ul><li><p>Handle <strong>inbound and outbound calls remotely</strong> on behalf of the dental office.</p></li><li><p>Respond to <strong>patient and prospect inquiries</strong> via phone and digital channels.</p></li><li><p>Engage with potential new patients (leads), provide accurate information, and convert inquiries into booked appointments.</p></li><li><p>Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to patients at all times.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Scheduling & Patient Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage appointment scheduling using <strong>dental patient management systems</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate reschedules, cancellations, and reminders to optimize the clinic’s calendar.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Administrative & Insurance Support</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage <strong>patient intake forms</strong> electronically.</p></li><li><p>Perform <strong>basic insurance verification</strong> and ensure required documentation is collected.</p></li><li><p>Input and maintain data in spreadsheets and internal systems to support daily operations.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong verbal and written English communication skills.</p></li><li><p><strong>Proven experience handling calls, inquiries, and customer interactions</strong> (healthcare, dental, or service-based environments).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with dental scheduling and patient management systems is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable handling calls, patient data, and administrative workflows remotely.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Proficient with digital tools such as email, calendars, spreadsheets, and online forms.</p></li><li><p>Reliable fiber internet connection suitable for call handling and system access.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work Wednesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST.</p></li></ul><p><strong><em>CKCODECONNECT</em></strong><em> is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on race, age, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, disability status or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.</em></p>
