<p><strong>Regional Field Sales Representative </strong></p><p><strong>Travel: </strong>Regional within assigned territory</p><p> </p><p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Director of Sales</p><p> </p><p>Cody Drug is a rapidly growing, Texas-rooted compounding pharmacy licensed in 23 states and expanding. We are known for the fastest sterile turnaround times and a culture built on customer-centered service. We are seeking an energetic and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in a few key markets. This role is focused on building new provider relationships, driving sales of sterile and non-sterile compounds, and contributing to Cody Drug’s continued growth.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Role & Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prospect, develop, and manage relationships with providers, including primary care, wellness centers, anti-aging clinics, weight-loss clinics, dermatology practices, med spas, and concierge medicine providers.</li><li>Drive new business and expand Cody Drug’s presence in the regional market.</li><li>Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to regional and company growth objectives.</li><li>Leverage Cody Drug’s competitive advantages to shorten sales cycles and maximize provider satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records and market intelligence to support data-driven sales strategies.</li><li>Work closely with Account Managers to maintain smooth sales hand-offs and seamless customer service throughout the sales cycle.</li><li>Collaborate with operations and leadership to align sales efforts with service delivery excellence.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare services.</li><li>Established book of transferable business</li><li>Experience in compounding or specialty pharmacy sales is preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong relationship-building and communication skills.</li><li>Self-starter with a hunter mentality and proven track record of exceeding sales goals.</li><li>Ability to travel regularly within the dedicated sales region.</li></ul><p> </p><p>**Spanish speaking is a plus</p><p> </p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary</li><li>Uncapped commission</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance</li><li>Leave: 14 days/year</li><li>Expenses: Travel expenses fully reimbursed</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Industry</strong></p><ul><li>Compound Pharmacy - 503a</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Employment Type</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time</li></ul>
