Our platform blends art, language, and machine intelligence into a living, collaborative content ecosystem.</div><div><br></div><div>We’re a small, ambitious team building the next frontier of creative expression — where AI, design, and human imagination meet.</div><div><br></div><h2>Role Overview</h2><div>We’re seeking a Technical Writer / Content Specialist to help document, explain, and narrate the core technology, features, and creative workflows behind the is.fun platform. This role combines clear, structured writing with a creative, storytelling edge — helping users, developers, and partners understand how “Isms” and AI-driven modes work. You’ll craft internal and public-facing documentation, guides, and articles that connect technology and creativity.</div><div><br></div><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li class="">Create technical documentation, user guides, and process flows for internal and external audiences</li><li class="">Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to understand and translate technical concepts</li><li class="">Develop clear, visually structured guides and tutorials for creators, testers, and partners</li><li class="">Write product updates, feature explanations, and onboarding materials that are informative yet engaging</li><li class="">Maintain a consistent tone, structure, and documentation style across all written assets</li><li class="">Help design and maintain the knowledge base for the is.fun ecosystem</li><li class="">Assist with product marketing content, ensuring clarity and technical accuracy</li></ul><div><br></div><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li class="">3+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or product content creation</li><li class="">Strong ability to explain technical systems in simple, user-friendly language</li><li class="">Experience collaborating with software engineers or product managers on documentation projects</li><li class="">Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail</li><li class="">Comfortable working with AI and creative tools to visualize concepts or workflows</li><li class="">Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, or content management systems is a plus</li></ul><div><br></div><h2>Nice to Have</h2><ul><li class="">Experience with API documentation or developer tools</li><li class="">Background in UX writing, instructional design, or content strategy</li><li class="">Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, cloud architecture, or SaaS documentation</li></ul><div><br></div><h2>Who You Are</h2><div>You’re precise, creative, and obsessed with clarity.
