Our platform blends art, language, and machine intelligence into a living, collaborative content ecosystem.</div><div><br></div><div>We’re a small, ambitious team building the next frontier of creative expression — where AI, design, and human imagination meet.</div><div><br></div><h2>Role Overview</h2><div>We’re looking for an SEO / SEM / Growth Marketer to help grow awareness and adoption of the is.fun platform. This role focuses on experimentation, analytics, and creative growth loops that drive new users to sign up, create Isms, and engage with the community. You’ll plan and execute campaigns across search, paid, and organic channels — combining data, storytelling, and creativity to fuel measurable growth.</div><div><br></div><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li class="">Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and traffic</li><li class="">Identify and optimize high-impact keywords related to creativity, AI, and culture</li><li class="">Plan, manage, and analyze paid search and social campaigns across Google, Meta, and other networks</li><li class="">Create landing pages and growth funnels that convert visitors into active is.fun creators</li><li class="">Collaborate with content and design teams to align SEO efforts with brand storytelling</li><li class="">Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to measure and improve campaign performance</li><li class="">Run A/B tests to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and retention</li><li class="">Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and algorithm updates to stay ahead of the curve</li><li class="">Report regularly on growth metrics, ROI, and actionable insights</li></ul><div><br></div><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li class="">Coursework, internships, or hands-on projects related to SEO, SEM, or digital marketing.</li><li class="">Strong interest in growth marketing and a desire to learn how digital campaigns drive user acquisition.</li><li class="">Basic understanding of keyword research, content optimization, and search fundamentals.</li><li class="">Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms through coursework, certifications, or self-driven experimentation.</li><li class="">Exposure to analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Search Console, with interest in learning deeper analysis.</li><li class="">Ability to review data, ask thoughtful questions, and help translate insights into growth experiments.</li><li class="">Strong written communication skills with curiosity around creative marketing strategy.</li><li class="">Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable learning in a fast-paced, experimental environment.</li></ul><div><br></div><h2>Nice to Have</h2><ul><li class="">Experience marketing AI, creative, or content-based products</li><li class="">Background in performance marketing or data-driven storytelling</li><li class="">Familiarity with influencer or creator-driven growth campaigns</li></ul><div><br></div><h2>Who You Are</h2><div>You’re analytical, creative, and growth-minded.
