The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration across teams to deliver tailored solutions and achieve business goals.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Key Responsibilities</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Client Relationship Management</span></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key clients.</li> <li>Enhance customer loyalty through proactive engagement and professional rapport.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Strategic Planning & Business Growth</span></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement annual sales plans, outlining revenue, market share, and cost objectives.</li> <li>Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.</li> <li>Play an integral role in new business pitches and oversee effective onboarding of new clients.</li> <li>Drive quarterly and monthly strategic planning processes with internal teams.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Sales & Revenue Management</span></p> <ul> <li>Achieve assigned sales targets within designated strategic accounts.</li> <li>Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.</li> <li>Discuss and finalize product portfolio and pricing strategies with the President – Sales & Marketing.</li> <li>Ensure business plans align with top management expectations and planned budgets.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Market & Performance Analysis</span></p> <ul> <li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market requirements.</li> <li>Track account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.</li> <li>Validate assumptions and business plans (sales forecasts and budgets) prepared by regional managers.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Operational Excellence</span></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.</li> <li>Manage service levels for key customers according to defined SOPs.</li> <li>Maintain a database of key customers and ensure accurate records.</li> <li>Monitor credit and outstanding balances, keeping control over credit periods through ageing analysis.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Customer Satisfaction & Problem-Solving</span></p> <ul> <li>Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain trust.</li> <li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery.</li> <li>Resolve issues collaboratively with internal teams to protect client relationships.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Qualifications & Skills</span></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development.</li> <li>Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.</li> <li>Proficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and financial planning.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate across functions and lead cross-functional initiatives.</li> </ul>
