<p><strong>Employment Type – CONTRACT</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Client is looking for Citizens/GC</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>NO C2C</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Position Overview:</u></strong></p><p>As a Salesforce Developer and Admin, you will be responsible for governance and health of Salesforce system, providing continuous improvement and support to the Salesforce Lead to Quote processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Essential Responsibilities and Duties: </u></strong></p><ul><li>Work with Commercial Sales and other key stake holders to review and re-engineer business processes.</li><li>Design, document, build, test and deploy Salesforce system enhancements</li><li>Work hands-on on Salesforce configurations – Roles, Profiles, Permission sets, user management.</li><li>Develop and maintain solutions using Salesforce tools like flow, process builder, approval process, validation rules, formula fields, dataloader.io.</li><li>Provide day-to-day support as a Salesforce Admin.</li><li>Help business partners develop and deploy complex reports and dashboards.</li><li>Use Cases and Agile Accelerator to maintain and prioritize work.</li><li>Work with the Developers to technically architect and deliver solutions and maintain custom Salesforce applications.</li><li>Stay updated on new Salesforce releases and functionalities and update the system as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Education: Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>8 plus years as Salesforce Admin/Developer with Tableau experience</li><li>6 plus years working as a Salesforce Administrator.</li><li>Experience working on Salesforce - Sales Cloud Platform.</li><li>Salesforce Administrator Certification. Other Salesforce Certifications also highly desirable, especially Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.</li><li>Experience working with Salesforce – DocuSign CLM.</li><li>Experience working with Salesforce – SAP Integration.</li><li>Team player with strong communication skills.
