Description:
I’m looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper or trainer to help train one of our internal team members on basic small-business bookkeeping.
We do not need a full certification course. We need practical, hands-on training for our business, including:
QuickBooks Online basics
Chart of accounts review
Categorizing transactions
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Running profit and loss reports
Basic balance sheet review
Budgeting / budget vs actual reports
Month-end checklist
Common bookkeeping mistakes to avoid
The goal is to have someone review our current QuickBooks setup, train our employee on the workflow, and help create a simple weekly/monthly checklist she can follow.
Ideal candidate:
Strong QuickBooks Online experience
Bookkeeping/accounting background
Able to explain things simply
Experience training non-accountants
Can create a basic process/checklist for us
This will likely be a few training sessions to start, with possible follow-up help as needed.
