You’ll help us understand how creativity moves — which topics trend, which ideas spread, and which visual or linguistic elements drive engagement. This role combines quantitative analysis with creative intuition, turning data into insight that guides growth, content strategy, and product development.</div><div><br></div><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><div>·      Collect, clean, and analyze user engagement and platform performance data</div><div>·      Identify patterns, correlations, and emerging content trends within the Ism network</div><div>·      Work with product and marketing teams to translate insights into actionable strategies</div><div>·      Build dashboards and visualizations that communicate findings clearly and effectively</div><div>·      Conduct A/B test analyses, user segmentation, and cohort studies to improve growth decisions</div><div>·      Collaborate with AI engineers to design experiments that explore creativity and cultural impact</div><div>·      Prepare regular reports summarizing performance, behavior, and trend forecasts</div><div><br></div><h2>Qualifications</h2><div>·      3+ years of experience in data analysis, market research, or analytics</div><div>·      Strong analytical and statistical skills using Excel, SQL, or Python</div><div>·      Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio</div><div>·      Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences</div><div>·      Knowledge of social media, marketing analytics, or cultural trend research</div><div>·      Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and visualization design</div><div>·      Comfort working with creative, AI-driven, or experimental data sets</div><div><br></div><h2>Nice to Have</h2><div>·      Background in data journalism, digital culture, or trend forecasting</div><div>·      Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) or sentiment analysis</div><div>·      Experience integrating qualitative insights with quantitative research</div><div><br></div><h2>Who You Are</h2><div>You’re analytical, curious, and creative — someone who sees stories in data.
