YOUR MISSION As a Professional Services Consultant you will lead the implementation of Nulogy’s Platform for new customers with support from other consultants. You will be the prime point of contact during the customer implementation process, leveraging your skills in Project Management, Customer Relationship Management and Product and Domain Knowledge in order to onboard customers to Nulogy effectively and efficiently. We are looking for candidates located in the USA, Mexico or Canada. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Facilitate on-site Business Process Mapping (BPM) sessions with customers and collect information that will guide the development of Workflows and Standard Operating Procedures</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Assist in the translating of business requirements into technical design documents</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Configure and trouble shoot solutions per design documents</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Assist customers with data migration activities related to Go-Live </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Train and mentor customer shop floor, front office, and management users in the use of our platform </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ensure all key project tasks and milestones are captured, completed, and communicated according to timelines while managing competing priorities </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Other duties as assigned</li></ul>ABOUT YOU Required Qualifications<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong consulting, analytical and problem solving skills</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong presence, able to articulate complex concepts accurately, logical structure in presenting ideas in written and verbal communications </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;"> Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;"> Manufacturing, Supply chain and distribution industry knowledge and experience</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;"> Ability to travel as needed (50%)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Able to work from home while not travelling to or working from customer facilities </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;"> BA / BS / AA Degree</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Legally entitled to work in North America </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be willing and able to travel internationally </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Holds a valid driver's license and passport</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities, including verbal and written communication skills</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience implementing MES, QMS, Environmental Health Safety, CMMS, and/or Inventory Management software</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Basic knowledge of networking and PLC programming.
