Develop and implement user-friendly interfaces for our CRMs and Zendesk AI agents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain frontend features and components.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize frontend applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues.
Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.
Work with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
Continuously monitor and improve website performance and user experience.
Develop and maintain reusable code libraries and frameworks.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Communicate technical concepts and ideas to non-technical team members.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of frontend features.
Follow best practices and coding standards to maintain a high level of code quality.
Proactively identify and address performance and scalability issues.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner.
Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
