Client-Facing Website Specialist - Elementor & SEO (U.S. Based, Part-Time Contract)

Other Jobs To Apply

ABOUT US

Medical Marketing Whiz (MMW) is a healthcare focused digital marketing agency. We build and manage websites and marketing programs for medical, aesthetics, hormone health, and wellness clinics across the country. We're growing and need a U.S. based, client-facing website professional to join our team.

THE ROLE

This is a part time, U.S. based position, 3 days a week, 24 hours total. You'll take ownership of client facing website work, meetings, design, copy, and revisions, so our internal team can stay focused on project coordination. You'll also help direct a small offshore support team on execution tasks once direction is set.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Meet directly with clients to scope new builds and "glow-up" projects (a glow-up is an existing site the client mostly likes but wants refreshed, which still requires a scoping meeting)

- Design and build pages in Elementor

- Write website copy for client pages

- Source images for client sites

- Coordinate with clients to get backend access to their existing websites

- Complete revisions based on client and internal feedback

- Help direct our offshore support team on execution tasks

WHAT YOU NEED

- Based in the U.S. and available during standard business hours

- Strong hands-on experience designing and building in Elementor

- Working knowledge of Rank Math and Rank Math Pro

- Comfortable implementing 301 redirects and understands why they matter for SEO. This is a core, expected skill for this role, not a specialist add-on

- Experience migrating a site from an old build to a new one without losing SEO value: mapping redirects, preserving URL structure, avoiding ranking drops

- Confident running client meetings and communicating directly with clients

- Comfortable working independently once given direction, and delegating routine tasks to a support team

SCHEDULE AND TERMS

This role starts as a temporary engagement, 3 days a week, 24 hours total. Based on fit and performance, it can move into a longer term 1099 contract.
