• Role US GAAP Accountant • Location Remote • Employment Type Full-time Compensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range $70,000 – $105,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits. Role Overview We are hiring a US GAAP Accountant to own technical accounting and reporting under US GAAP. The role combines deep technical knowledge with operational close discipline — making sure the books are right, on time, and audit-ready. Key Responsibilities • Own technical accounting interpretation and application under US GAAP • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules • Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities for assigned areas • Document accounting policies and memos for complex transactions • Support external audit, including PBC schedules and auditor inquiries • Partner with FP&A and operations on accurate financial reporting Required Skills and Qualifications • 4+ years in accounting under US GAAP • CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred • Strong technical knowledge across revenue recognition (ASC 606), leases (ASC 842), and equity • Hands-on with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems • Advanced Excel skills and clean documentation discipline • Big 4 audit background is a plus What You'll Bring • Sharp analytical thinking and an instinct for spotting anomalies in data • Strong written communication and the ability to translate numbers into narrative • High attention to detail and unwavering accuracy under deadline pressure • Comfort working asynchronously across time zones What We Offer • Fully remote, flexible work hours • Performance-based bonus structure • Annual learning & development stipend • Health and wellness benefits (varies by location) • Opportunity to work on high-scale, real-world impact projects Equal Opportunity Statement This is an equal opportunity role.
