Employment Type: Full-Time (Preferred) / Part-Time Salary Range: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (2 hours per day) (Based on experience, subject expertise & demo performance)

Role Overview: The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom instruction, maintaining academic standards, mentoring students, and contributing to measurable academic improvement. This is not just a teaching role — it is an opportunity to build academic impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and engaging lessons for Classes 6–10 (CBSE pattern).
• Develop annual academic planners, lesson plans, and revision schedules.
• Conduct weekly tests, monthly assessments, and performance tracking.
• Prepare board-focused practice material, case-study questions, and HOTS.
• Provide remedial classes for weak students and enrichment for advanced learners.
• Maintain discipline and professional classroom environment.
• Participate in parent meetings and academic strategy discussions.
• Ensure improvement in student results and batch performance.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject. B.Ed. preferred. Minimum 1–5 years teaching experience (CBSE exposure preferred).
• Strong subject command and board exam expertise.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Confident classroom management ability.
