This fully remote position allows you to bring compassion, innovation, and expertise to individuals on their journey to recovery—all from the comfort of your home. This is more than just a job—it’s a mission-driven career where you can make a lasting impact every single day.</p><p><strong>Your Role in Transforming Recovery </strong></p><ul><li>Deliver individual and group therapy through a secure telehealth platform, providing vital support to clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.</li><li>Utilizes and promotes trauma-informed treatment through the provision of evidence-based practices.</li><li>Participates in developing the patient’s treatment plan and outcomes in cooperation with the treatment team.</li><li>Provides direct therapeutic services consisting of individual, group, and/or family therapy, dependent on the patient's needs.</li><li>Makes ongoing assessments regarding the patient’s progress in treatment and revises the treatment plan according to patient needs.</li><li>Completes clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Establishes and maintains contact and relationships with referral sources related to patient caseload.</li><li>Provide crisis intervention, education, and long-term recovery strategies through virtual care.</li><li>Has insight into healthcare professional monitoring and boards. </li></ul><h3> </h3><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><p> <strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors' Degree with at least one experience in a clinical or behavioral health environment. </li><li>Experience in an outpatient/inpatient setting with dual diagnosis and SUD patients.</li><li>Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.</li><li>A passion for breaking down barriers to care and advancing virtual behavioral health treatment.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Pass a PA Criminal Background Check</li><li>Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances</li><li>Pass Drug Screen</li><li>2 Step - TB Test</li><li>Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification </li></ul><p>GRC is an <strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong> committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
