The Clinical Customer Care Team is an extension of the Customer Care Team in Salt Lake City. Pharmacists on the Clinical Customer Care Team act as the customer facing pharmacist and are the main source of clinical knowledge for our customers and for the Customer Care team. Must have an active Registered Pharmacist license with the AZ Board of Pharmacy. Must reside in the state of Arizona. Must be able to commute to the Phoenix, AZ office if necessary. Schedule: Sat - Tues, 8 PM - 6:30 AM MST.
Responsibilities
Speaking with customers over the phone and via email about issues that are clinical in nature, including but not limited to drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, new medication counseling, and drug omission counseling
Outreaching to customers in response to voicemails left overnight for clinical issues
Supporting Customer Care and Clinical Customer Care phone agents with clinical questions that need to be answered
Researching and completing customer requests via Zendesk tickets
Investigating, reporting, and speaking with customers about potential Quality Related Events and PHI breaches
Researching and recommending OTC products for customers
Speaking with customers and addressing clinical complaints
Completing miscellaneous tasks as needed
Maintain an advanced understanding of all PillPack and Amazon Pharmacy's policies and procedures as well as products and services
Maintain confidentiality of all customer information
Collaboration with teammates and other overnight teams
Customer-centric and commitment to quality
Participation in personal growth and development
Requirements
Must have an active Registered Pharmacist license with the NH Board of Pharmacy
Strong interpersonal skills, including professional written and verbal communication
Ability to apply clinical knowledge to customer situations in real time
Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify areas in needs of improvement
Ability to work within and navigate between multiple pharmacy systems
