<p><strong>Job Role : Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Test Lead</strong></p><p><strong>Location : Remote </strong></p><p><strong>Job Type : Contract</strong></p><p><strong>Pay Rate: $60/hr on C2C </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary: </strong>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Oracle CC&B Test Lead</strong> to lead testing activities for Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Utilities applications, test strategy, functional and automation testing, defect management, and leading QA teams in Agile environments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end testing for Oracle CC&B implementation, upgrade, and support projects.</li><li>Define test strategy, test plans, and testing schedules.</li><li>Review and validate business requirements and functional specifications.</li><li>Design, execute, and oversee functional, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT testing.</li><li>Coordinate with business users, developers, and project managers throughout the testing lifecycle.</li><li>Manage defect triage, reporting, and resolution.</li><li>Lead offshore/onshore QA teams and monitor testing progress.</li><li>Ensure quality standards, test coverage, and timely project delivery.</li><li>Prepare test metrics, status reports, and quality dashboards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of QA/Testing experience with at least 3+ years as a Test Lead.</li><li>Strong experience with <strong>Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.</li><li>Experience in Oracle Utilities implementations or upgrade projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Utility domain (Electric, Gas, or Water).</li><li>Experience with defect tracking tools such as <strong>JIRA</strong> or <strong>ALM/Quality Center</strong>.</li><li>Experience preparing test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.</li><li>Knowledge of SQL for backend validation.</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Oracle Utilities Framework (OUAF).</li><li>Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium or UFT.</li><li>Experience with Oracle CCS, C2M, MDM, or related Oracle Utilities products.</li><li>API and web services testing experience.</li><li>Utility industry certifications are a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Must-Have Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Oracle CC&B</li><li>Oracle Utilities</li><li>Functional Testing</li><li>Integration Testing</li><li>SIT & UAT</li><li>Regression Testing</li><li>Test Planning & Strategy</li><li>Defect Management</li><li>SQL</li><li>JIRA / ALM</li><li>Agile/Scrum</li><li>Test Leadership</li></ul>
