Role Summary We are looking for a Monday.com Operations Specialist to help keep our operations workflows running smoothly. You will be our "go-to" person for managing our Monday.com environment. Whether it’s building new boards, tweaking automations, or ensuring our integrations are firing correctly, you will play a critical role in keeping our team productive and organized. This is an ideal role for an organized, detail-oriented professional who holds a Monday.com certification and is looking for a consistent, high-impact part-time engagement. Key Responsibilities Workflow Maintenance: Build, update, and manage boards to track marketing projects and team tasks. Automation Management: Set up and maintain automation "recipes" to reduce manual work and ensure data consistency. Integration Support: Help maintain the connection between Monday.com, HubSpot, and Zapier to ensure data moves seamlessly between systems. AI Feature Implementation: Assist in deploying and testing new Monday.com AI tools to help the team work faster and smarter. System Cleanup: Audit boards and workspaces to ensure they remain tidy, organized, and user-friendly. Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for team members needing help with boards or dashboards. What We Are Looking For Certification: Required: A current Monday.com certification (e.g., Work Management Core or Admin Associate). Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Monday.com administrator or power user. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of automation builders, board design, and integrating Monday.com with external tools like Zapier and HubSpot. Detail-Oriented: You take pride in building clean, logical, and user-friendly systems. Problem Solver: You enjoy investigating why an automation might be broken and finding the fix. Why Join Us?
