We want hard-working associates who take pride in delivering a quality product to our customers. We are in the service business - specifically, we are looking for an individual who can efficiently facilitate the intake and overall service experience of our customers, both in person and online. Our company is in the digitizing business, so we convert the memories of our customers. These include photos, videos, scrapbooks, slides, negatives, and other forms of analog media.

This individual would handle the first 10% (intake) and the last 10% (delivering a successful product) of our workflow. He or she should be an outgoing friendly person who has experience in front of customers and handling all their needs.

Job facts:

  • W2 or Contract work at our office location.
  • This is not a remote job, all work is in person at our offices.
  • Work hours are Tuesday-Friday 9-5, and Saturday 10-2. You will be paid for 40 hours even though you are working 36.
  • Sundays and Mondays are your days off.
  • Pay is $22.50 per hour.
  • All work must be done in our offices (that’s where the equipment is).
  • Company in business at this location since 2009.
