We're looking for a Bookkeeping & Close Specialist to own the financial operations workstream for a portfolio of Latchwork clients — from cleanup to monthly close.

What you'll do

Perform chart of accounts cleanup and standardization for client books
Own the monthly close process across a portfolio of clients
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable systems
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Deliver clean, accurate financial reporting on a monthly cadence
Identify process improvements in client bookkeeping workflows

What we're looking for

CPA or solid bookkeeping background required
Experience managing books for multiple clients simultaneously
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
High attention to detail and comfort with deadlines
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
